Navigating Unity, Advancing Maritime Law in the UAE.

 

The Maritime Law Association (UAE) NPIO (UAE MLA) is an impartial, non-profit network supporting the UAE government on key maritime law matters. Our mission is to advance and harmonise maritime and mercantile law in the UAE and internationally.

 

Working closely with the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, we contribute to maritime legislation, support the UAE’s maritime and DIFC ship finance sectors, and promote collaboration across the maritime community. 

 

Affiliated with the Comité Maritime International (CMI), UAE MLA represents the UAE within the global maritime law community.
